Dexee Diner & Cafe Kisarazu

Great service. The Yamagata Wagyu steak absolutely melted in the mouth. Faultless and very courteous service was given. As a tourist with super limited Japanese, the experience was very easy and communication was very good. Highly recommend this restaurant in the 13th floor of the Takashimaya building.

Steak was passable but soufflé pancake was more like a pound cake.
